us improve our service and get as good as Amazon. Here's what we already put into action:

Some graded accurately, but didn't protect them well.
Others packed carefully but took forever to ship.
Others shipped fast, but charged way too much.

Here's how we got our start. We decided to do some "research" by buying comics from about 30 different online sellers. We wanted to see what good ideas were out there.
One person caught our eye by putting each comic in a comic bag and on a comic board to keep it from bending. We thought, "Hey, that's smart!" So we started doing that too.
Another shipped books in a super reinforced container that wouldn't bend. We copied that too. When we couldn't find boxes just right, we got some custom made. We didn't want your books bouncing around and getting their corners dinged. Before we knew it, we had lots of great ideas to make our service better.

5. Accurate, Honest Grading
When we bought those 50 comic books, the grading was a mess -- some "Near Mint" comic books had torn covers, some "Very Good" comics were only in "Good" condition.
Most sellers graded very fairly. We copied that. But we needed a better way to accurately grade thousands of comic books. The Overstreet Price Guide didn't help much, because its rules for a comic's condition are spread over two poorly organized pages and are difficult to understand. So, we made a chart summarizing the rules. Suddenly grading got easier. Our chart shows you what is wrong (and right) with each comic. 6. Reinforced Packaging
We pack every order in a super strong box. When we couldn't find boxes tough enough,
we got some pros to design custom ones for us. .
The top box is for orders of 14-34 comics. It's like a fortress -- the ends have three walls of cardboard protection, and sides have two. We add bubble wrap, too.
The other box is for orders of 3 to 13 comics. This one has extra protection on the corners.
And get his -- both boxes have an easy-open tearstrip. No need to hunt for scissors, a knife, scissors, or fumble with your keys!
We go the extra mile by bagging and boarding every comic.
And, we stamp Fragile on your box. We're all about keeping your comics safe!
7. Free insurance
Did I mention that your package is fully insured? Nope, I don't think I did.
So, if someone manages to bend our super sturdy package, or if an elephant decides to use it as a dance floor, don't sweat! Our insurance has your back and
covers the cost to replace it.
We pay for insurance because I once bought a pricey comic that got banged up during shipping and had to fight like crazy for a refund. What a hassle!
I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
We've shipped over 2 million comics and almost all have arrived in tip top shape. Sure, accidents happen, but it's pretty rare..
8. Don't worry about debit or crebit card fraud
Hey, just so you know,
We don't save or store your card info on our servers. Instead, your card details go straight from your browser or phone DIRECTLY to the credit card processor.
Nothing ever touches or is saved on our computers or servers.
So, if some hacker ever tries to break into our computers, they won't find any card info -- it's simply not there!.
9. Lowest Prices in the World
Our prices are super low and keep dropping.
Each comic's price drops every day it stays unsold. This way, you decide its price.
 
Here's the deal: Popular titles usually fly off the shelves. Sometimes the Overstreet Price Guide gets it totally wrong. Take X-Men #1 from the 1991 series.
Overstreet lists a Near Mint minus copy for $28. However, it holds the record for most copies printed - 8 million -- so tons of copies are available. Our price for a copy
in that same condition -- $5.38. So, is Overstreet accurate? Not for X-Men #1. So, for X-Men #1 and every comic we have, if we have lots of copies available, we
drop its price. And the price keeps dropping until someone buys it. The final sale price reflects its true value and guess how sets that value? The customer
who buys it!
